We try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition, in the unlikely situation that if your products arrive damaged, are defective, or are the wrong items. You could send it back for a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable, but we would compensate $15 for the buyers.
If you are unsatisfied with the items you purchased, then just return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange.
And please make sure the items you send back to us is in the original packaging, and the merchandise is in the same and good condition. Customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways.
